Ladies Bible Study: Overcomer
In this Overcomer study, David Jeremiah uses Paul’s description of spiritual armor as an outline for exploring the Christian’s call to be an overcomer. This is not a technical description of Roman armor but an applicational study of standing firm and overcoming sin, the world, and the devil. In Christ, the believer has everything necessary to live a victorious, overcoming life. When we “put on” Christ, we are putting on all the spiritual armor we need to stand and overcome! We hope you join our Women's ministry for this study!

Meet Our Pastor

Brad Cockrell is a skilled communicator and ardent Bible teacher. Brad has served as senior pastor of Southmont Baptist Church since June of 2016. Brad is passionate about his calling as pastor and about shepherding well those whom God has entrusted to him at Southmont. His desire is to be a Bible based shepherd and wants to lead Southmont in full accordance with the will of God as revealed from His divinely inspired word.

Sunday School

Join us at 9:30 am and 10:45 for a time of bible study and learning God’s Word. Preschool through 5th grade meet in our Children’s Building.

Awana is a world-wide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions for ages 2-18.
