Mission Ministry

Norm & Stephanie Baker

Norm and Stephanie Baker, along with their youngest son Ben, are based in Cairns, Australia, where they oversee operations for Mission Aviation Fellowship International.

This organization aims to transform the lives of isolated individuals through the love of Christ by providing help, hope, and healing via aviation.

Their work encompasses evangelism, education, compassion, justice, and environmental stewardship.

Kevin & Kate Burnett

Kevin serves as a software developer with a remote team, creating software solutions to help rural clinics and pharmacies across Sub-Saharan Africa improve their medical records, accounting, and inventory systems.

Kate works as a physical therapist at a locally-run Christian teaching hospital, providing specialized pelvic physical therapy care for women to address issues resulting from obstructed childbirth or trauma.

Kevin and Kate enjoy discussing their journey from the workplace to missions, sharing insights on serving overseas in various capacities: short-term, long-term, as singles, married, and now as a family. Both love to read; Kevin enjoys hiking and golf, while Kate is an avid crafter and cook.

They are Texans at heart and are deeply grateful to live and raise their family among the people they serve in Africa.

Paul & Donna Cox

Paul and Donna teach at Africa Theological Seminary in Kenya. They spend about four months a year in Kenya and an additional couple of months traveling in Africa and beyond.

The rest of the year, they are based in Denton, Texas, where they research, write, work online with other students, and minister locally.

They also assist their mothers and love being grandparents.

East-West operates in over 40 countries, focusing on planting churches among unreached people in countries with limited access. I collaborate with our global staff to provide training, intelligence, and crisis management wherever we have operations.

Our goals for 2025 are:

  1. Share the gospel with 10 million people
  2. Plant 25,000 new churches
  3. Multiply 25,000 disciples
  4. send 1,000 new workers
  5. Train 15,000 new leaders
  6. Engage 60 new unreached groups

Richard Mauney

Richard Mauney has served in Romania since 1996 and with Greater Europe since 2005. Together with two other Americans and three Romanians, he began the Jubilate ministry, which serves evangelical churches throughout Romania by cultivating vibrant worship life and assisting in the development of music and worship leaders, as well as providing resources.

Richard finds particular fulfillment in working with worship leaders in areas such as the biblical understanding of worship, planning and leading worship, choosing music for the church, and discipleship relationships in church music ministry.

As a single missionary, Richard has had the joy of teaching and leading worship throughout Romania, as well as in Austria, Italy, Hungary, Moldova, Croatia, Serbia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Turkey, Thailand, and China.
