About Cameron
My name is Cameron Cockrell, and I have the privilege of serving as the Minister to Youth at our church, a role I’ve held since August 2024. I’ve been working with elementary, middle, and high school students in various ministry settings since 2017, and I love getting to walk alongside students as they grow in their faith, discover who God has created them to be, and learn what it looks like to follow Jesus in everyday life. There’s nothing quite like seeing a student take a step closer to Christ—and having a little fun along the way! I got married to my wonderful wife, Abigail, in September of 2025. She’s brilliant, incredibly talented, gorgeous and I love her more than Mac and cheese (which is sayin’ somthin’)! We love spending time together, getting outdoors, and playing games. Outside of ministry, I’m a big sports fan, especially when it comes to basketball and golf. And if you really want to get to know me, just know that I have a deep appreciation for mac and cheese, chocolate milk and horses. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our students and families, and I’m excited about all that God is doing in and through our youth ministry!
