Meet Our Pastor

Brad Cockrell is a skilled communicator and ardent Bible teacher. Brad has served as senior pastor of Southmont Baptist Church since June of 2016. Brad is passionate about his calling as pastor and about shepherding well those whom God has entrusted to him at Southmont. His desire is to be a Bible based shepherd and wants to lead Southmont in full accordance with the will of God as revealed from His divinely inspired word.

Our homeschool enrichment program offering elementary through high school students the opportunity to supplement their education in a supportive, community-centered environment

Children's Day Out

This pre-school program meets Tuesdays and Thursdays, giving young children a nurturing space to grow, explore and develop alongside their peers.

Afterschool & Summer

We offer after school and summer care for elementary aged kids in a caring, faith-filled environment where they can play, learn and build friendships.

Sunday School

Join us at 9:30 am and 10:45 for a time of bible study and learning God’s Word. Preschool through 5th grade meet in our Children’s Building

Awana

Awana is a world-wide nonprofit ministry focused on providing Bible-based evangelism and discipleship solutions for ages 2-18.
